Sarah Fredriksson is leaving Aqilion after nine years as CEO and has already landed a new top job – as CEO of AAX Biotech.

Aqilion, a drug development company where Sarah Fredriksson has served as CEO since 2017, has appeared to be heading towards a possible sale of the company this autumn. In mid-October, it announced that it was instead negotiating the sale of its drug development programmes in exchange for cash payments.
